Algorithmic Trading Risks
While MAPS Algo aims to identify profitable trading opportunities, it is not immune to market fluctuations, unexpected events, or technical issues. There can be periods of losses, and clients should be prepared for such eventualities.

No Guarantee of Profits
The use of MAPS Algo does not guarantee profits. Clients may experience periods of losses, and any trading activity involves the risk of loss of capital.

Loss Carry Forward Policy
If there is a loss in a month, no fee will be applicable unless and until the loss is recovered from further profits made in the subsequent month. However, this policy does not eliminate the risk of potential losses.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Provider
Bot Universe Solutions Private Limited provides an automated trading software (MAPS Algo) on a SaaS model. We do not offer investment advisory or manage client funds or make investment decisions on behalf of clients. Our role is limited to providing the software that executes trades based on predefined algorithms.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own trading accounts and investment decisions. They must ensure that their accounts are adequately funded and that they understand the risks associated with algorithmic trading.

No Liability for Losses
Bot Universe Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any losses incurred in clients’ trading accounts for any reason, including but not limited to, market conditions, technical failures, or unexpected events. Clients use MAPS Algo at their own risk. Clients hold full control and any time they can delink the bot from their trading account while ensuring they manage the open trades if any.

Independent Advice
Clients should seek independent financial advice before using MAPS Algo or making any investment decisions. Our software is a tool to assist in trading, but it is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Bot specific account
Clients are advised to maintain a separate trading account for the MAPS algo trades. Clients are NOT to use the account for their manual trades or investments and should not close the trades opened/managed by the bot. If clients’ action interferes with the bot trades causing a loss, such a loss is not accounted towards the performance of the Algo. Result of algo trade otherwise would be deemed to have happened in the client trading account for the purpose of computation of monthly Algo charges.

Technical Risks
Algorithmic trading relies on technology, including servers, internet connections, and trading platforms. Technical failures or interruptions can impact trading performance.

Compliance and Regulations
Clients must ensure that their trading activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Bot Universe Solutions Private Limited is not responsible for ensuring client compliance with regulatory requirements.

By using MAPS Algo, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Bot Universe Solutions Private Limited harmless from any losses or liabilities arising from your use of the software. It is important to thoroughly understand these risks and consider them carefully before using our services.
